Self Spectrum is a Dubai-based coaching and mentoring practice founded by Carine Dannawi, a Professional Certified Coach (ICF), CBT Practitioner, and Self-Development Coach dedicated to helping individuals, parents, and young people unlock their potential, build resilience, and move toward self-empowerment.
