Blooming Key is founded by Bettina Koster, an ICF-accredited Life Coach (PCC) and Holistic Mental Fitness Coach based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. With over 15 years of corporate management experience including five years in healthcare, Bettina brings a grounded, practical understanding of the pressures her clients face in their careers, relationships, and daily lives. Her coaching sits at the intersection of science and spirituality, combining nervous system regulation, practical life coaching, NLP, Theta Healing, and the Emotion Code to address the root causes of anxiety, burnout, imposter syndrome, and emotional overwhelm rather than just the symptoms. Bettina specialises in helping people who look successful on the outside but feel stuck, heavy, or disconnected on the inside — working at the level of body, mind, and subconscious to create change that genuinely lifts.
