The Grocery Whisperers is a Dubai-based clinical dietitian practice founded by two licensed dietitians, Vanessa Chihan and Hala Dandachi, who believe that a balanced and nourishing diet is the cornerstone of a vibrant and fulfilling life. Vanessa is a Licensed Clinical Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator with 13 years of experience in medical facilities and health and diet centres, specialising in medical nutrition therapy and the management of metabolic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease, and obesity. Hala is a Licensed Clinical Dietitian with 8 years of experience in medical nutrition therapy, with a passion for the psychology of eating, the role of exercise in health, and working with children and adolescents to improve family nutrition habits and lunchbox choices. Together, The Grocery Whisperers offer personalised dietary consultations, dietitian-approved supermarket shopping trips and tips, and expert nutrition guidance to help clients make informed, sustainable choices aligned with their unique health goals.
