Sol Pilates is a fully equipped, ladies-only Pilates studio located in Mirdif, Dubai. Award-winning and community-driven, Sol was named Boutique Studio of the Year 2024 and Zen & Strength Studio of the Year 2025. The studio offers a warm, energetic environment for women of all levels — from complete beginners to advanced practitioners — with Reformer Pilates, aerial classes, private sessions, alternative therapies, and a full BASI Pilates Teacher Training programme. As an official BASI (Body Arts and Sciences International) Host Center in Dubai, Sol Pilates is committed to delivering the highest standard of Pilates education and connecting students to a global network of certified instructors.
