Behind My Meals

Behind My Meals is founded by Jana Majzoub, a Dubai-based Licensed Dietitian, Food Safety Expert, and Food Science professional with a Masters degree from the University of Reading. Having worked with the United Nations, multinational food and beverage companies, and educational institutions including the American University of Beirut, Jana brings over a decade of international expertise in food safety, nutrition, and quality management to her practice. Jana's mission was born from a deeply personal tragedy, the loss of a family member to foodborne illness, which inspired her lifelong commitment to raising awareness about safe food handling, preparation, and storage. Through Behind My Meals, she empowers individuals, families, and businesses to make informed choices about the food they purchase, prepare, and store, ensuring that every meal is both safe and nutritious.
