Tonie Maria Abinader is a Dubai-based licensed dietitian, wellness educator, and founder of two distinct health platforms , Tonie Nutrition and Generation H. Having begun her academic journey as a pre-med student, Tonie shifted her focus to dietetics and nutrition after her own personal struggles with food and body image, realising that true health is not about treating illness but preventing it through a lifelong, empowered relationship with food.
Through Tonie Nutrition, she works with a diverse range of clients, from mothers wanting to nourish their families, to professionals seeking sustainable health habits, to athletes striving for peak performance. Her approach is holistic and educational, helping clients cut through the noise of conflicting diet advice and build healthy eating habits they can sustain for life.
