I empower people of all ages to turn their focus on their well-being, to manage their weight gain/loss, digestive issues, different illnesses, distress , anxiety & depression and other issues, mainly by incorporating a food plant-based lifestyle. Together with a thorough personal development plan and mindful envisioning of the new YOU.
After 3 years of self-education, I’ve decided to enroll at the IIN – the Institute for Integrative Nutrition – deciding to take the next step towards creating my new career in wellness.
