Since a life changing event in April 2019 Amy has been on a journey of healing, discovery, and wellness both personally and with her wonderful clients.

Amy is certified as a Life Coach, Meditation Teacher, Yoga Nidra Facilitator, Qigong Instructor, and certified to use Embodied Yoga Principles in her practice.
